2 in, 1 out

Lost within the details of the important financial news that came out FC Gifu this past week is the fact that the club has added a dash of (what is hopefully) Brazilian flair in the form of attackers Fabio & Lemos.

Fabio (Fabio Freire Martins to give him his full title) joins on loan from Roma E.A. of Brazil’s Paranaese 1. A cursory glance at his 2012 stats show 6 goals in 17 games, although I literally have no idea of the standard.

Lemos (Daniel Soares de Souza Lemos) joins on a permanent deal (most probably it is 1 year deal). He has been in Japan before having spent the 2011 season on the books of Consadole Sapporo, although he failed to make a full appearance. He can count Austria, Germany & Portugal as stamps on his football passport.

One player leaving Gifu is defender Tomohiro Yamauchi, who is returning to his hometown Kagoshima to play for reported J3 hopefuls FC Kagoshima. He made just 5 apperences for Gifu.
