Another weekend of important action in the JFL this weekend with three games on Saturday and the rest on Sunday.
On Saturday, Machida Zelvia have the chance to go top of the JFL if they win by three clear goals in their game at MIO Biwako Shiga. MIO claimed a creditable draw last week in Nagano, but were beaten in their last home game. Elsewhere on Saturday, Yokogawa Musashino host third-bottom Tochigi Uva while HOYO Oita make the very long trek north to face mid-table Sony Sendai.
On Sunday, leaders Kamatamare Sanuki travel to Mitsuzawa in Yokohama to face lowly Y.S.C.C. The other member of the “big three” – Nagano Parceiro – face a trip to Kansai to take on Sagawa Printing. The Printers held Kamatamare last week and will be no pushovers for the men in orange.
Blaublitz Akita, within striking distance of the top teams, host a faltering Zweigen Kanazawa at Yabase. Blaublitz have won three of their last four and in Masatoshi Matsuda they boast one of the more dangerous strikers in the league. Matsuda currently sits second in the goalscorers table. Speaking of dangerous strikers, FC Ryukyu‘s Shunta Takahashi has been quiet of late, but he will hope to get back amongst the goals when SC Sagamihara visit Okinawa.
Honda Lock will look to move off the bottom of the table when they visit Fujieda MYFC while in Hamamatsu there is a mid-table clash between Honda FC and Fukushima United.
